First Night
Join in the family-friendly party as Annapolis launches itself into 2003. Enjoy the dizzying array of entertainment including musicians, thespians, dancers, magicians and more. Join the Crabtown Countdown, watch the fireworks and take a turn in the Wish Chairs. This event is alcohol-free. Begins 3pm @ downtown Annapolis. Baltimore’s Inner Harbor
Greet the new year in downtown Baltimore with plenty of eats, a parade, dancing, live bands and much more, all leading up to a magnificant fireworks display at the harbor. For those kids who might have trouble staying awake until midnight, Port Discovery is having a noon-time New Year where you can make gaint numbers, noisemakers and hats for the noon-time countdown in the Atrium.
