Half-Day Workshop : Practicing Forgiveness
By dwelling on past hurt we can lock ourselves into the mental attitude of blame and resentment. In this workshop learn a Buddhist perspective on how to forgive others and ourselves, let go of what is already past, and move in the direction of health, loving relationships, and a peaceful happy life.
This workshop will include guided meditations, talk on Buddhist thought and time for questions and answers. Everyone is welcome! you don't need to be a Buddhist to benefit from this workshop. This is practical advice for everyday life.

Cost: $25 ($20 early registration by Wed. Feb 13)
