Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. the St. Michaels branch of the Talbot County Free Library will present a discussion on ‘How Do Creative People Begin to Create?’ The speaker will be Mr. Gerald F. Sweeney, novelist and publisher.
Mr. Sweeney, a resident of Trappe, grew up in Long Island, New York. Mr. Sweeney’s life encompasses time in the magazine world of Manhattan, as well as in the political world of New York and Washington, D.C. He has published a series of novels called The Columbiad, about the journey of an Irish-American family through the 20th Century.
