Delicious in a Jar: Caramel Apple Jam

Learn the basics of home canning, an easy and fun way to savor seasonal flavors and support local farmers. After this short course, taught by jelly master Beth Lacey Gill, you'll be prepped for some practice canning before spring and summer bounties show up and need preserving. And you'll leave with your very own safely-canned jar of caramel apple jam. Appropriate for ages 12+.
