Travel back to the early 1800s to commemorate the Battle of St. Leonard Creek. Activities include 1812 re-enactor encampments; skirmishes; living history; battle demonstrations (Sa 11am & 3pm, Su 2pm); period dance lessons; spinning; weaving; hands-on sewing; knot tying; blacksmith demonstrations; an 1800s’ fashion talk; ongoing children’s games and activities; Tavern Night (Sa 6-10pm; $10 entrance fee w/member and period costume discounts); fireworks (Sa 9:30pm) and more to benefit educational programs at Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum.
