Friends of Felines
The Friends focus on rescuing free-roaming or abandoned cats, spaying and neutering them, then placing them in managed colonies or permanent homes.

Pet Day 5K, Sat., Sept. 15
This walk/run starts at Out Lady Star or the Sea Church and covers scenic Solomons Island. Well-behaved dogs welcome; no retractable leashes. 8:30am: $25 w/discounts.
